  • Over two decades, I’ve led human performance, alignment, leadership development and organisational people strategy for family-owned enterprises, governments, Fortune and FTSE organisations. Operating across 160+ countries. Often under the intensity of multi billion-pound infrastructure projects, public scrutiny and geopolitical complexity.

    From high-speed rail and nuclear new builds to Olympic Games, World Cups, and urban regeneration worth up to £52 billion, my work has always revolved around one truth: The greatest advantage and untapped potential is human alignment. The greatest threat is human misalignment.

    I saw it everywhere. From boardrooms to construction sites to family offices: success is rarely destroyed by markets; it’s undone from the inside by miscommunication, mistrust and a lack of cohesive, self aware, inside out leadership.

    That insight shaped my mission.

    Throughout my career, I have specialized in accelerating innate human capacities—mental agility, leadership, creativity, psychological safety and communication—while transforming organizational culture to foster innovation, flow, high performance and sustainable growth.

    Before founding Human Accelerators®, I worked extensively with SMEs and large corporations, focusing on culture transformation, human capital development and organizational ergonomics. My strategic interventions revitalized underperforming areas, driving sustainable growth and enhancing organizational health. Later, as an entrepreneur in the hospitality sector, I applied the same people-centric strategies to turn struggling businesses into profitable successes.

    My vision is to transform the business landscape by cultivating self-aware, inspiring leaders and conscious, ever-evolving cultures. In today’s fast-paced world, I believe the leaders who thrive are those who elevate their cognitive abilities, communication skills and mental agility.
